Develop Process Designs that are aligned with local factory and can produce items in an efficient and robust way. 開發(fā)與當?shù)毓S一致的工藝設計，并能有效和穩(wěn)健的方式生產產品。 4. Support the Projectmanagement to align, coordinate and implement the casting technology and process design for New Product Introductions 支持項目管理，協(xié)調和實施新產品導入的鑄造技術和工藝設計 5.Document Process Designs to be easy understood by local factory for preparing PPAP documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, Risk assessment etc.) 確保工藝設計文件方便本地理解，并編制PPAP文件（失效模式、控制計劃、工作指導、風險評估等） 6.Follow the design into the foundry and onsite support during prototypes and pilot series runs. 在原型和試驗系列期間，遵循設計流程進入鑄造環(huán)節(jié)并獲取現(xiàn)場支持。 7.Continuous improvement of designs to reduce costs of producing the item 對設計進行持續(xù)改進來降低生產成本 8.Support the foundry on defect mitigation for item specific problems with proper suggestions and solutions 支持鑄造廠對于特定項目的缺陷減少提出適當?shù)慕ㄗh和解決方案 9.Perform Design-FMEA and mitigation of identified risks in the design 設計中使用FMEA并降低設計中確定的風險 任職資格： 1. an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Foundry Engineering. 機械工程或鑄造工程類學士學位 2. 2 years working experience from a foundry. 2年鑄造廠工作經驗 3. working experience with mechanical design in 3D (SolidWorks) 三維 (SolidWorks) 機械設計經驗 4. Good 3D understanding within patterns and design. 對模具和設計有很好的三維理解能力 5.
