Plans and conducts activities associated with the launch of programs with new and existing suppliers with following Meritor SD process.
负责所有新供应商及新产品资源的开发，并确保所有开发过程符合美驰新供应商及新产品开发流程。
职责Job Description
1、 Support XMAL Supplier Development process.
全面负责徐州美驰供应商开发过程
2、 Evaluation of new suppliers – conduct audits (supplier selection, risk assessment, PAPA, PSO, etc.) as required. Develop improvement plans with supplier to address audit findings.
新供应商审核及评估，负责新供应商选择、风险评估、零件和过程审核、过程验收等， 并针对每个过程的不符合项制定改进计划，并跟踪计划实施。
3、 Support Pre-Award Meetings, follow and review PPAP submissions, review APQP data and development of launch containment plans as required.
组织技术交流会、跟踪PPAP的提交，审核APQP相关文件，制定项目改进计划。
4、 Achieve AOP committed savings targets; ensure programs are launched on-time with no quality issues. 完成年度项目年度节省目标，确保所有新项目按时保质完成。

技能Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. 机械专业本科及以上
4~8 years in Quality and / or Engineering activities preferred. Experienced in related manufacturing processes (casting/Gear/HT/forging, professional one of them )。
四至八年机械行业技术或质量相关经验，熟悉铸造/锻造/齿轮及热处理等相关工艺过程。
ISO/TS16949 internal audit experience, familiar to PPAP and APQP.
ISO/TS16949内审经验，熟悉PPAP和APQP.
Project management项目管理能力
Communication with internal and external personnel. 良好的内外部沟通能力
Good oral and written English skill 良好的英语沟通能力
