岗位职责：
Duties and Responsibilities:
· 在设计、安全、装配成本控制、作业指导含新产品、部件更换、持续改进等方面与设计和生产部门合作。
work with engineering and manufacturing teams to design and implement safe, cost effective assembly processes and work instructions for new products, part changes, and continuous improvement activities.
· 制定人力计划标准，工作管理和成本测算。
Develop time standards for manpower planning, performance management and cost estimation
· 确定相关的装配安全、质量、工具与设备。
Specify relevant assembly safety, quality, and production tools and equipment
· 参与车间布局以便装配流程精益与安全。
Participate in the development of shop floor layouts to promote safety and lean flow
· 确定耗材的使用，对标到每台冲压机床以核算用量与成本。
Specify relevant consumables; calculating the quantity and cost per press
· 能够使用CAD进行设计，开发工装。
Design (CAD) and develop assembly fixtures
· 培训装配工与支持装配工作，为技术与生产的监督管理提供服务。
Train and support assemblers, service technicians and manufacturing supervision
· 配合多职能小组制定并维护项目计划。
Work with a cross functional team to develop and maintain relevant project schedules
· 解决（装配领域）内的安全、环保与健康问题。
Resolve safety, environmental and ergonomics issues.
· 运用“精益”类理念，如5S、持续改善、价值流程图等杜绝（装配）浪费。
Utilize lean concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping to reduce all relevant wastes
· 可运用问题解决工具，如8D和5Why(5问法)，找出根本原因，并制定整改措施。
Understand and apply problem solving tools such as 8D and 5 Why to identify root cause, and develop corrective actions.
· 进行产能研究。
Perform capacity studies.
· 领导安排的其他任务。
Other assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求： 教育、经验与技能
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
· 全日制本科学历，工程设计类相关专业，如：机械、电气专业等。
Bachelor´s degree in relevant engineering major such as mechanical, electrical etc.
· 3年以上相关装配（工艺）工作经验。
Minimum 3 years professional experience focused on assembly processes.
· 能够读懂并理解复杂的机械设计图纸，电气原理图和物料清单。
Ability to read and interpret simple to complex mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and Bills of Materials
· 熟练掌握装配工艺并能够按照要求进行现场装配工作。
Proficient at assembly and able to perform hands-on work as required.
· 具备运用分析方法解决问题的能力，注重细节。
Possess and apply problem solving skills with an analytical approach and attention to detail.
